What’s included in a basic picnic?

All our events include picnic set up, tables, tableware, all decor, fresh florals, throw pillows, umbrella and/or teepee, a two hour picnic duration, and break down/clean up.

When should I book?

We are booking up quickly, and we recommend securing your date at least 2-4 months out. We occasionally have last minute cancellations so feel free to reach out so we can make your date work!

Where can I have a picnic?

If we can lay down a rug and set up picnic tables, we can have a CalPay picnic! Party in the comfort of your home or meet us at a local park - it’s up to you! Need suggestions on where around the city? We got ‘em!

How much does it cost?

All our events are fully customizable. Let us know what you’re looking for, and we’ll send you a personalized quote.

How many picnic guests can you accommodate?

We can comfortably seat up to 30 guests.

What’s your inclement weather policy?

For outdoor picnics, if there is inclement weather, we are happy to move your picnic indoors!

What’s your cancellation policy?

A 50% non-refundable deposit holds your picnic date. If your picnic needs to be rescheduled, we will work with you to reschedule based on availability.
